2007 was a year of rest and recuparation - the Punto race car has been mothballed having put in a great tour of duty in the LMA series and grabbed a few trophies along the way while the Dallara has slowly plodded towards completion.

Things aren't quite what they were - I've moved from one end of the country to the other. This has put a strain on the on-going development but the goal is still there and with the 2008 season rapidly drawing in it looks like the fight is on again.

The list of jobs to do with just a few months left is depressingly long but they are all getting ticked off the list one by one. I know they say that patience is a virtue but right now I'm itching to get back in the seat!
